I am passionate about enabling people to lead their life and/or enterprise more effectively.

Typical clients are CEOs, Entrepreneurs or Influencers , leading SMEs looking for experienced guidance on leading more effectively as well as those folk at a crossroads in life wanting to make changes that allow them to bloom.

I specialise in guiding Leaders and Influencers looking to gain skills and experience in improving their leadership skills and health. As well as business leaders with ambitious plans I work with a variety of people from those new to leadership to folk simply wanting to gain, clarity, strength and flexibility through joining me in exploring yoga, nature and mindfulness or even in taking home a little part of nature from my Garden Nursery.

My aim is to help those people that I am fortunate enough to call clients to take back control and lead happier, healthier businesses as well as more fulfilled lives and hopefully I can be a catalyst for you too.

Why me?

I have a wealth of leadership experience and an MBA but like many I have my own Crucible - learning through experience. I too have endured the climb and in reflecting upon my own journey and experience, a hunger for personal expansion, a tireless curiosity and a passion for learning, I am able to guide you to create a more vital life and work towards leading the life or business you dream of.

With over 30 years of leadership, mentoring and leadership coaching experience, an MBA from Warwick Business School, an Engineering Degree from University of Leeds, a diploma in Forest Bathing and as I recognise the many benefits of conscious movement I’m a qualified as a yoga teacher.

My love of the outdoors has featured throughout my life. A connection with and belief in nature as a key to vitality, the outdoors has featured constantly throughout my life. I am also a trained as a Hill and Moorland Leader and I’m an RHS qualified horticulturalist.

Drawn to the outdoors we are based close to the historic town of Ashbourne ‘Gateway to the Peaks’ and as such have easy access to one of Natures finest classrooms and playgrounds.
