Based in Derbyshire close to the beautifully wild White Peak, Gavin is committed to helping and enabling wellness & personal growth through Wellness Retreats, life-coaching, nature immersion, yoga and lifestyle transformation working 1:2:1 or in group situations. He is the resident Yoga teacher at Times and GQ Magazine Hotel of the year Wildhive Callow Hall.

Join Gavin for wellness (yoga) classes in Sudbury (Derbyshire) at the light and bright Gasworks, Ashbourne in the Coachhouse at Wildhive Callow Hall & Ilam in the summer months at Ilam Hall/Park or Online via zoom.

Gavin has featured in Women’s Health Magazine and The Sunday Times.

Through atavi.life he leads life changing Yoga Retreats. With a network of outstanding associates he also operates a corporate experience-architect service and wellness experiences within organisations.

Gavin has an MBA, is a Shinrin Yoku practitioner and is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher.
