It’s time to change up your life and make lasting changes that will enhance your life, health and overall perspective. Perhaps you have identified that you’ve lost that feeling of vibrancy and vigour and recognise that continuing as you are will change nothing. You have decided that it’s time to do something about it, not as a fad but as a long term investment in yourself, a new way of living, adopting life transforming habits and strategies that create a lifestyle in which your health and well-being rises in priority and stays there. You recognise that working along side a wellness coach is more likely to yield the results that you want.
As a lifestyle and wellness coach I guide you to improve your wellbeing. I work with you in a number of areas proven to yield lasting results. I call these the ‘pillars of success’ . These pillars bring balance and lead you to your healthful life. This is not a gym membership, we don’t push you to work out or train but work with you to build lasting change and put your life back in balance.
We might for example review areas such as
Sleep, Mindfulness, Nutrition, community, Breathwork, Environment and of course Movement reflecting through the lens of proven ancient practices on todays cutting edge practices and strategies.
Central to my coaching ethos are nature connection and conscious movement. In identifying that humans have evolved to move, to live a vital and full life as a human being we must authentically reconnect with nature and move often and intentionally. Yoga as a form of conscious movement is amazing and I utilise it as a practice that brings back or helps to retain and build -
strength, balance, flexibility and focus

What you can expect
Live Well allows us to work together on a 1:2:1 basis, either meeting frequently or on an ad-hoc basis. A typical session would last 90 minutes, although 60 minute appointments are available. A 90 minute appointment allows us to discuss and explore aspects of your life that would merit enhancement and in turn help you to live a healthier lifestyle.

90 minute appointment
A typical 90 minute session might be outdoors in nature or indoors and is conversation based. I find that a movement practice can enhance these conversations so may chose to include a nature walk or even an element of yoga.
You can expect to leave each session with specific lifestyle enhancements, experiences, strategies or experiments that may offer immediate results. A 90 minute appointment will require an investment of £88 however when purchased as a monthly pass on subscription you are entitled to up to 4 sessions per month at £288 per month, the equivalent of £72 per weekly session.

60 minute appointment - typically used as follow up appointments
A typical 60 minute session may include a review of events since our last meeting followed by discussions leading to further enhancements to ensure that your new habits and strategies are long lasting.
A 60 minute appointment will require an investment of £68 however when purchased as a monthly pass on subscription you are entitled to up to 4 sessions per month at £222 per month, the equivalent of £55.50 per weekly session.
